Ceramic Birdhouse

Learn to make simple shapes including cups, mugs, bowls and plates. Trimming, surface decoration techniques, and glazing will also be covered.

Returning students will continue to improve their wheel throwing  skills and work on projects which will incorporate lids, handles, and various surface decoration techniques.

Just like it sounds, this is an opportunity to come in and work at the wheel, or trim, or glaze a piece at a time that works for you. 

Class includes:
- 8 non-consecutive, drop-in sessions
- First come (max 10 students) sessions can be scheduled on this website
- Class sessions are good for up to one year from date of purchase
- Includes all materials plus 25 lbs of clay to make 6 glazed pieces by end of 8 sessions
- Daytime and evening sessions available 6 days a week

This is an intermediate opportunity only available for returning students, or with advance permission from instructor. 

Instructor will be present to consult with, however class does not have formal instruction.

Drop-In Wheel Throwing

Ready to get your hands dirty and have some fun? Our One Time Pottery Class is the perfect way to unwind, unleash your inner artist and create memories that will last a lifetime!

Our experienced instructors will guide you through the basics of pottery, ensuring that everyone has a fantastic time regardless of skill level. Each participant will get some clay to practice and then be given fresh clay to make a final piece. Participants under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult.

Two weeks after class you can stop by and pick up your piece or have it shipped to you (for an additional cost).

Feel free to bring a snack or beverage of your  choice to class!
